With all the multiple times you wear our caps, we recommend giving a nice wash whenever you see nasty stains or smells. Here are a few quick steps to mantain your caps as good as new:
- Give it nice soak in lukewarm / room temperature water for about 5 minutes.
- Target only the nasty spots - usually the sweat band, the front and underside of the brim and the crown area.
- Take a small amount of non-bleach detergent / shampoo along with a soft bristled tooth-brush to gently scrub the affected areas.
- Give it a nice soak and rinse in clean lukewarm / room temperature water
- Hang it to dry in the air with a loosely balled up towel inside the cap to mantain the shape.
Things to be careful while cleaning:
- If your cap has embroidery, do not scrub on it hard or you may damage the thread work.
- Do not be rough with the cap. Bending or scrubbing hard may result in the cap loosing its shape.
- Take care of the drying process. Air-dry is the only safe way to dry your cap without smells while retaining shape.
- Do not use bleach based detergents as it may result in staining or loss of color.
- Do not use hot / boiling water.
- Do not wring the cap to dry.
- We do not recommend machine washing. If you must, use a protective wash case before tossing it in.
- Do not iron on any elements of the cap.

We're so glad you decided to buy from us. We've kept every need of a filmmaker in mind before designing. We recommend keeping in mind the oversized fit and choosing a size as per our size guide. Take the time to decide what design resonates and feel free to be playful.
Do you take returns or offer refunds?
Unfortunately we strictly don't entertain refunds and returns. The fashion industry is dying because of the costs that are incurred for returns. Our products go thorough a through 3 step quality check before they are sent to you. If you do find a defective product delivered to you, please email us at connect@getcrewd.in and we'll help you fix the problem.
Why do I need Crewd?
We love it every time somebody asks us that. Firstly, these clothes were designed by filmmakers so we know what you need on and off set. Made with 260gsm 100% French Terry Cotton (top-notch) our t-shirts fit and fall beautifully on everybody. The ribbed neck keeps it intact after washes. The clothes are pre-shrunk, bio-washed and come with odor-resistant capabilities. Our fabric has an unusual knack of keeping cool when its warm around and warm when the temperatures are falling. So feel free to sport them at a recce, meeting or an intense shoot day. We can go on and on but you gotta try it to believe it.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
