RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• We do not exchange / refund any product unless it is received defective by the customer.

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at connect@getcrewd.in within 3 days of receiving the item along with pictures and Order ID of the product. 

• Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange

• Please note all packaging items must remain intact for an exchange to be entertained. This includes courier bags, hang tags, stickers, cards or any other packaging material.

• We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 
• (1) the product/s are returned after use
• (2) the products are damaged

• The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on exchanges@crewd.in on the same email thread. 

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 12-18 business days.

• If you have received a defective product, share images at exchanges@crewd.in and we will get back to you within 48 hours

• Exchange is not applicable on size / colors. The only qualifiable reason for exchange is defect. We ensure a strict quality check process to make sure any returns of refunds are avoided along with inconvenience.

• Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue. 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.
